Esnatech's UC Software for Windows® Mobile Devices Now Available on MS Windows Phone Marketplace

(Esnatech), a market leader in enterprise Unified Communications, has recently launched a version of its market-leading Mobile Unified Communications software for Microsoft Windows Mobile devices. This software, both standard and professional, is now available as a free download on Windows Marketplace for Mobile.

By integrating presence, messaging, mobility and computer telephony, Esnatech's mobile UC software offers a complete communications and collaboration solution for all enterprises; delivering fixed-to-mobile convergence for a wide variety of wireless devices with enterprise PBX systems such as Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, Mitel, Iwatsu, AASTRA, Asterisk, eOn, Toshiba, Teltronics, etc. With the integration of UC on the latest Windows Mobile wireless devices, mobile users can benefit from the ability to connect to their office and communicate as if they were actually at their desk.

The UC Mobile software offers users of Esnatech's UC platform access to the following features directly from their wireless device:

• Ability to manage office presence and integrate with enterprise presence solutions such as Microsoft® Live Communication Server
• Ability to determine the presence and availability of colleagues in the office
• Initiate and/or participate in enterprise instant messaging sessions
• View complete call history, including real-time view of inbound, outbound and missed calls to/from your office phone
• Manage live office calls directly from the mobile device
• Initiate live phone calls from the device by using the office phone system to process the call and eliminate mobile long distance costs/rates

The application installs the latest Windows® Mobile OS onto the user's device and connects via IP to the Telephony Office-LinX platform, which is connected to both the enterprise PBX and e-mail platform. Users will be able to view their work groups directly from their mobile devices to see who is online and available. With access to contacts' real-time status, users can then choose the best way to communicate with co-workers. Wireless users will experience a dramatic improvement in connectivity to their environment and organizations will benefit from increased productivity by being able to connect anywhere and anytime to critical resources.
